There is very little argument that Steve Jobs was one of the most inspiring and motivational business leaders of our times. His untimely passing last year has left a void that may never be filled.
A visionary has passion, but vision and passion aren’t the same thing. A passionate leader without a clear vision won’t succeed; likewise, neither will a visionary leader without passion.
However, bookshelves everywhere are being filled with volumes on if, how, why and what Steve would have done had he been around today.
Vision and passion go together. A leader who has a good vision and is passionate about it will get further with subordinates.
